EXCEL provides many ways by which you can request our services, but we realize that this may still represent a change to your current routine. Each of our customers have an existing process for delivering services, and EXCEL believes that it is our role as the on-site service provider to fit into the client’s process to the maximum extent possible. The EXCEL Service Management Team will sit down with the client Service Team to review the existing processes and build a swim lane flow chart that spells out clearly what activities the site, the client, EXCEL and our technician’s perform to meet our Service Level Agreements. Each process on the swim lane flow chart can be further broken down into task flow charts when required by the complexity of the activity. This has proven to be a very effective way to maximizing the efficiency and reliability of our service delivery.
